Gradazione (D/PWR/SPH)	Power is the strenght of your contact lens, and is a number between -25 and +25 (e.g. -1.50 or -1,75 or +1.00 or +2.50, etc.) Power is also called ”Pwr”, ”D”(diopters), ”Strenght” or ”SPH” (sphere) in the prescription or on the contact lens box. In your prescription, ”OS” = Your left eye and ”OD” = Your right eye. OU = Both eyes (your eyes have exactly the same parameter) --> If you are nearsighted (can see only near objects well) then select MINUS powers. --> If you are farsighted (can see only distant objects well) then select PLUS powers.
